There will also be displays of local artwork and club history. There is no charge for the event.MarysvilleCouple accused of selling metalA Marysville husband and wife were arrested Wednesday on suspicion of receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy.Sometime between the afternoon of Aug. 16 and the morning of Aug. 19, a fence leading into Pacific Wood Recycling was cut and $9,800 of miscellaneous metal was taken, Yuba County Undersheriff Jerry Read said Thursday.On Aug. 19, a Pacific Wood Recycling employee found the stolen metal at Yuba Scrappers in Yuba City."The metal was scrapped by Norman Metcalf," Read said. "The receipt, which included Norman's signature and thumb print, was seized as evidence."On Wednesday, Norman E. Metcalf, 54, and wife Paula M. Metcalf, 38, of Linda, "were questioned about the theft and subsequently were arrested for receiving stolen property," Read said.Yuba CityGaramendi hosts event for studentsThe office of U.S. Rep.
