BRIEF: Man accused of check forgery at College Station bank

Source: The Eagle, Bryan, TexasSept.儲存倉 29--A 53-year-old Dallas man has been charged with forgery for attempting to cash a fraudulent check worth almost $1,000 at a College Station bank.Donald Ray Howard was arrested Friday afternoon after he attempted to cash a fraudulent check worth $920.09 at the BBVA Compass bank on Texas Avenue, police said.The check was from Delta Home Health Care in Dallas and was endorsed, according to police. Howard admitted to endorsing the check, and told police that someone named Magic or Steve hired him in Dallas to move bags of dirt and rocks at an unknown residential location in College Station. Howard co迷你倉最平ld not say where in town he worked, and later admitted that Magic came to a homeless shelter in Dallas and asked if Howard wanted to make money, police said.
