S. Jersey Boys: Eastern rallies at finish to edge Camden Catholic

Audubon outscored Gateway, 13-3, in the second overtime for a 66-56 victory. The Green Wave were led by Dillon Tassi, who scored a game-high 24 points. Brian Furlong contributed 15 points and 19 rebounds. Gateway was led by Dan Teschko, who scored 19 points.Eric DiCrescenzo (12 points) was the only Haddon Township player in double figures as the Hawks topped visiting Lindenwold, 40-37. The Hawks outscored the Lions, 16-7, in the third quarter. Lindenwold missed a three-pointer at the buzzer that would have sent the game to overtime.Kelvin Rivera scored 10 of his 20 points in the third quarter to help Hammonton top visiting Overbrook, 69-49.Burlington County Patriot. Derrick Jones' perfect performance from the free-throw line in the fourtmini storage quarter helped Medford Tech earn a 57-52 home win over Willingboro.Jones went 8 for 8 from the line in the final frame and finished with 13 points. Isaiah Williams made four three-pointers and scored 15 points for the Jaguars.Tri-County Diamond. Fran Kinsey hit four shots from behind the arc and scored a team-high 16 points in Gloucester Catholic's 54-37 triumph over host Woodstown. The Rams held Woodstown to four points in the second quarter.An 18-7 run in the second quarter gave Deptford enough of a cushion to top visiting Glassboro, 53-46. Glenn Abbott scored 27 points for Deptford. Acosta Kittles led Glassboro with 13.Nonleague. Mainland outscored Cherry Hill West, 25-12, in the second half en route to a 42-37 win over visiting Cherry Hill West. Ken Randall tallied 17 points and added 12 rebounds. Darius Jerkins scored 13 points and grabbed 17 boards.WrestlingEastern rode four pins to a 58-24 home win over Camden in an Olympic Conference matchup. At 120 pounds, Eastern's Brandon Barbella pinned Jiavanni Caraballo in 32 seconds.Four Cherry Hill West wrestlers registered pins in less than a minute in a 51-20 victory over visiting Winslow Township.
