BRIEF: No serious injuries after car hits busload of kids

Source: Chicago TribuneJuly 24--No serious injuries have been reported after a car collided with a bus carrying a group of dozens of children in far northwest suburban Fox Lake this afternoon.新蒲崗迷你倉Authorities said the bus was involved in a minor scrape with a car at Illinois Route 59 and Devlin Road.The bus was transporting about 40 children who attend a day camp at Hastings Lake YMCA in Lindenhurst, said Sherrie Medina, vice president of marketing and communications for the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago. The children were returning back to camp after going on a sailing field trip, she said.Parents were contacted, Medina said, and had the option of coming to the scene to pick umini storage their children or letting them return to camp.Three children were picked up by their parents at the scene, but nobody was transported to local hospitals, officials said.
